Our team
We are a small Minnesota based restaurant company. Our first Doolittles opened in 1989 in Eagan MN. We have 3 concepts, 6 restaurants and after over 30 years, we’re still growing. Our owners, Lynn Reimer & John Sheehan, come to work every day and have a hands-on approach just like we do, striving for that one extra degree. We are Roca Restaurants.
We believe in serving the very best food with the very best hospitality as if we were serving the guest in our own home. We believe in training and providing the tools for success, and if you so desire, the opportunity for growth. We believe in principle-centered leadership—doing the right thing instead of doing things right. We believe in giving back to the community, in helping children and their families, and find creative ways to meet those needs. This is our culture.

Our specialty
Featuring woodfired rotisserie cooking, Doolittles Woodfire Grill is an experience that ignites your senses! The woodfired rotisserie is a mesmerizing centerpiece in the dining room—grilling meat over an open flame for a savory wood roasted flavor. The rotation of the rotisserie creates self basting and slow roasting skewers resulting in juicy and succulent meats such as Spit-Roasted Chicken and our award winning Woodfire Buffalo Wings!

We find great satisfaction in being an excellent citizen in the communities that we serve. Our primary objective is to identify needs of children and then find creative ways to meet those needs.
